Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation and are designed to ensure that our customers can shop easily and with confidence with Nova Clothing.

These terms and conditions only apply to website sales.

All goods remain the property of Style Centre Ltd until payment is made in full.

All stock must be paid for in full before any items are shipped.


All prices are in £ sterling and inclusive of VAT, (where applicable) at the current rates. 
Prices are exclusive delivery charges which are quoted seperately. 
Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the website where relevant. 
Prices may be subject to change without notice, but we will only alter the price after we have confirmed your order, if it is to your benefit.

European/International Customers 

We welcome orders from international customers. Prices include UK Sales Tax (VAT), currently at 20%. 


Returns & Refunds

We are pleased to offer a no-quibble returns policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights.
Should your purchase disappoint in any way, you may normally return your purchase provided you notify us before, or within 30 days after receiving the product. Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. You must contact us by telephone or email for any returns so that we can direct you to the correct warehouse address, Failure to do this may cause delays with refunds or credits. 

Should we send the wrong item or the item you receive is faulty then we will provide a free return. Should this be the case, please take picture evidence of the wrong item or fault, send it to and we will help you to return the item. 

Transit Damage

All goods are examined in detail by ourselves prior to dispatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.

Shortages And Faulty or Damaged Stock

Goods should be inspected by the customer upon delivery. The company will not be liable for the shortages, faulty or damaged goods unless notified within 14 days of the receipt of the goods and no further claims will be entertained after this period.
